Ernesto Di Giambattista

Managing Director

A passionate entrepreneur, Ernesto Di Giambattista has started several successful businesses, including security orchestration firm ZeroNorth, which he led through multiple rounds of funding and deployment at several Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to ZeroNorth, Ernesto held multiple business & technology executive roles including Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group. There he was responsible for transforming his organization into a technology services group, to include the development a center of operational excellence and full redesign of critical security controls, while decreasing the organization’s operational costs.

From 2004 and 2011, Ernesto served as senior member of Bank of America’s Information Security & Resiliency Group and Corporate Audit organizations, where he was responsible for assessing and managing the information security risk of global technology vendors. In addition, during his tenure, Ernesto was instrumental in the cybersecurity integration of acquisitions of other financial institutions.

Further, Ernesto has been a trusted advisor on cybersecurity for private and public entities, including members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.

Ernesto also serves as a Board of Director to the Massachusetts Technology Collaboratives and the Massachusetts Cybersecurity Strategy Council.

Tom Meredith has over 20 years of successful business leadership experience. He has been instrumental in creating new verticals for Genesis through client-driven, custom service creation. As a proven expert in designing and delivering a company strategic vision, attracting and developing top-notch executives teams, and building a corporate culture to flourish, motivate and maintain a company’s’ overall continued growth, Tom is excited about his ever-growing position within Genesis Global.

Tom has transformed Genesis Global Recruiting from the staffing industry into Genesis Global Workforce Solutions, a full-service workforce management company.

Tom’s direct involvement with the overall company’s growth and day-to-day operations officially began in 2001. His other responsibilities include evaluating, developing and establishing credibility with the company’s prospective and current clients, strategic partners and the industry’s top organizations.

Paul Martin

Paul Martin

Senior Vice President, Sony Pictures Entertainment

Paul Martin is a data-driven Human Resources senior executive, possessing unique knowledge of the entertainment industry, executive talent pipeline and compensation strategies.

Since 2014, Paul has been the Global Chief Diversity Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment. He has developed and managed impactful strategies that leverage SPE’s talent and corporate brand portfolio worldwide. As a key point of contact with external organizations and stakeholders, Paul has also been instrumental in mitigating risk and building workforce resiliency from cybersecurity and incidents at Sony Pictures.

His track record of structuring custom partnerships with creative talent, corporate executives and key external organizations that connect to and drive key business results is widely recognized on an international scale.

As the expansion and confluence of Artificial Intelligence and other emerging automation technologies continue to rise in workplace tools and processes, Paul has become focused on how this will this impact diversity, equity, and inclusion. Specifically, he is monitoring the potential unintentional discriminatory impact that automation bias can have on hiring decisions, learning and development and career mobility in the workplace.

Prior to his role with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Paul spent over 15 years in senior positions at Warner Bros, LRN, The Legal Knowledge Company, Johnson & Johnson and Merrill Lynch. He carries a broad business background in finance, marketing, talent strategy and business development.

Paul is the recipient of several awards of distinction from the African American Film Critics Association, California Diversity Council, Walter Kaitz Foundation, Vanguard, and National Association of Minorities in Communication. In addition, he serves on California’s ScholarShare Investment Board and the Board for Hollywood CPR and RespectAbility.

Michael Brown, Rear Admiral, United States Navy (Retired) is the Founder and President, of Spinnaker Security LLC, a cybersecurity consulting business focused on understanding, identifying and mitigating business risks associated with cybersecurity. Additionally, Michael brings executive leadership, including crisis management, from both public and private sector experiences. Just prior to this position, he was President, RSA Federal LLC and Vice President/General Manager Global Public Sector of RSA Security LLC. Responsibilities also included RSA Information Technology, Security and Enterprise Risk Management portfolios. RSA is part of Dell Technologies and formerly of EMC.

Michael joined RSA after a career of more than 31 years in the United States Navy. During his career, he had significant leadership positions within the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security regarding cybersecurity. His last position on active duty was as the Director, Cybersecurity Coordination for DHS where he was responsible for increasing interdepartmental collaboration in strategic planning for the Nation’s cybersecurity, mutual support for cybersecurity capabilities development, and synchronization of current operational cybersecurity mission activities for the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Michael also served as DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary, Cybersecurity and Communications, Acting Assistant Secretary, Cybersecurity and Communications and as the Assistant Deputy Director Joint Interagency Task Force for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Michael’s naval career included numerous staff, afloat and joint positions. He also had various leadership positions, including command of the Naval Information Warfare Activity.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, he also has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering (Electronic Warfare) from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master of Arts in National and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and was a designated Acquisition Professional.
